What You'll Do
- Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Serve as a mentor and grow the next generation of Life Changers
- Partner closely with families and Caravel teams
- Make data-driven decisions and keep each child at the center

Who We Are Looking For
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills
