What Walking Through Our Door Looks Like
- Create and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Partner closely with families and Caravel teams
- Make data-driven decisions while keeping each child at the center
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills
