We’re seeking a BCBA who aims to see transformative changes in the lives of their clients and their families. Ideal candidates will mentor BTs and RBTs, fostering their growth and development.
What You'll Do
- Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor BTs and RBTs
- Partner closely with families and Caravel teams
- Let data guide your decisions and keep each child at the center
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills
