About the role
The successful candidate will work as a Registered Behavior Technician, while also assisting the Clinical Director with unrestricted supervision activities for a caseload of clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct ABA therapy sessions under supervision
- Assist with client assessments and progress tracking
- Participate in BT/RBT training classes
- Support the Clinical Director with unrestricted supervision activities
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a graduate-level ABA course
- Working towards BCBA certification
- One year experience of conducting ABA therapy with clients with Autism
- Active RBT certification with the BACB
- Background in teaching, assisting, counseling, or coaching
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and quick learning ability
