About the role
Join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. We are seeking a Lead BCBA to lead our behavioral intervention programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based behavioral interventions
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- Train and mentor staff members in behavior analysis techniques
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
- Masters degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of data collection and analysis methods
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
