What You'll Do

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Serve as a mentor and coach for Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate closely with families and Caravel teams
• Make data-driven decisions while keeping each child at the center of your approach

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills
