What You'll Do

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Serve as a mentor and coach for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate closely with families and Caravel teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Make data-driven decisions while keeping each child’s unique needs at the forefront

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills
