Lead BCBA

About the role

Lead BCBA positions are available within Bloomington, Minnesota. The Clinical Services Team – BCBA / BCBA / On-site program seeks individuals who can provide intensive behavioral intervention services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on functional behavior assessments and data-driven decision-making.
• Provide direct supervision and training to Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTS).
• Conduct ongoing progress monitoring and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
• Collaborate with families, school districts, and other service providers to ensure comprehensive support for children with ASD.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field from an accredited institution.
• A current Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligibility for certification.
• Experience working with children with ASD and conducting functional behavior assessments.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and ability to adapt interventions to meet individual needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with families, colleagues, and community partners.
