We’re seeking a BCBA who aims to see transformative changes in the lives of their clients and their families. We believe in fostering growth and development within our team, from BTs and RBTs to future leaders.
What Walking Through Our Door Looks Like
- Create and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor BTs and RBTs
- Partner closely with families and Caravel teams
- Make data-driven decisions while keeping each child at the center
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills
