Lead BCBA

About the role

Lead BCBA positions are available at Bloomwell Autism Therapy in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. The Clinical Services Team – BCBA / BCBA / On-site program seeks individuals who can lead behavior analytic services and provide supervision to Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to BCBAs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Train and mentor BCBAs in evidence-based practices.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans.
• Document all clinical activities and progress in client records.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
• A current license as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• At least 2 years of experience as a BCBA.
• Experience in leading and supervising teams of BCBAs.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
