We’re seeking a BCBA who aims to see transformative results for their clients and their families. Our Teammates are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those they serve.
What You'll Do
- Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Serve as a mentor and coach for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate closely with families and Caravel teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Make data-driven decisions while keeping each child’s needs central
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills
