We’re seeking a BCBA who aims to see transformative changes in the lives of their clients and their families. Our Teammates are dedicated to providing ethical, effective care and nurturing the growth of their BTs and RBTs.
What You'll Do
- Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Serve as a mentor and coach for BTs and RBTs
- Collaborate closely with families and Caravel teams
- Make data-driven decisions while keeping each child at the center
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills
