About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversight of full ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination with other providers, and insurance authorization.
- Ensuring adherence to state and insurance guidelines for all standards of care.
- Providing clinical recommendations for treatment intensity, modality, and transition/exit planning, collaborating with parents and other stakeholders.
- Evaluating and modifying treatment plans based on the Caravel Quality of Effective Treatment (QET) measure.
- Training and supervising clinical staff to ensure high-quality treatment services.
- Supervising others with a focus on developing their clinical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, as well as meeting certification requirements.
- Collaborating with other clinicians and cross-functional team members.
- Completing administrative tasks such as generating reports, completing insurance reviews, and filling out forms to ensure appropriate funding for client services and staff management.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or state-licensed behavior analyst, meeting state-specific requirements.
- At least one year of experience utilizing applied behavior analysis and providing behavior services to clients with autism in in-home and/or clinic-based settings.

Pay
$10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available.

Qualifications
Must have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with clients on the autism spectrum in various settings.
