Job Description

Lead Associates provide store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, demonstrating a commitment to friendly customer service and teamwork. They must show integrity, resourcefulness, and thrive in a varied, fast‑paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Close the store, reconcile cash with daily sales reports, and secure the facility for the night.
• Prepare and maintain records of store operations, including daily sales reports, cash deposits, and opening/closing reports; conduct inspections as needed.
• Operate cash registers and provide customer service.
• Receive, price, and stock donations (occasionally lifting up to 50 lb; frequently lifting 10‑35 lb).
• Hang, inspect, and tag textile and clothing items in a production‑style setting.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Lead or supervisory experience required.

Schedule

Associates should be available to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends. Stores are open Monday‑Saturday 10 am – 8 pm, and open at 11 am on Sunday.

Pay

$16.50 per hour.
