Job Description
The Lead Associates provide store leadership in absence of Store Manager/Assistant, demonstrating friendly customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities
- Closes store, reconciles cash with daily sales reports and secures facility for night
- Prepares and maintains records of store operations including daily sales reports, cash deposits and opening/closing reports and conducts inspections when necessary
- Cash register/customer service
- Receiving, pricing and stocking donations (occasionally lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, and frequently lifting and carrying 10 to 35 pounds)
- Hanging, inspecting, and tagging textile & clothing in a production style setting
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Lead or supervisory experience required
