Lead Associate I (Key Holder)
Job Description
The Lead Associate provides store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Manager, demonstrating commitment to friendly customer service and teamwork. Key responsibilities include:
- Closes store, reconciles cash with daily sales reports and secures facility for night.
- Prepares and maintains records of store operations including daily sales reports, cash deposits, and opening/closing reports.
- Conducts inspections when necessary.
- Cash register/customer service.
- Receiving, pricing, and stocking donations.
- (Receivers may occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and frequently lift and carry 10 to 35 pounds).
- Hanging, inspecting, and tagging textiles and clothing in a production style setting.
Requirements
- Lead or supervisory experience required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Available to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
Must show integrity and resourcefulness and enjoy a varied and fast-paced environment.
Skills
Customer service skills, organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.

Pay
$16.50 per hour
Schedule
Stores are open Monday through Saturday from 10am to 8pm, opening at 11:00am on Sunday.
