Responsibilities
- Provide store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant to the Manager, demonstrating commitment to friendly customer service and teamwork.
- Close store, reconcile cash with daily sales reports, and secure the facility for the night.
- Prepare and maintain records of store operations, including daily sales reports, cash deposits, and opening/closing reports; conduct inspections when necessary.
- Operate cash register and provide customer service.
- Receive, price, and stock donations (receivers may occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and frequently lift and carry 10 to 35 pounds).
- Hang, inspect, and tag textiles and clothing in a production-style setting.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Lead or supervisory experience required.
- Available to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends.
Schedule
Stores are open Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 8 PM, and Sunday, 11 AM to [closing time not specified].
Pay
$16.50 per hour.
