Job Description
Lead Associates provide store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Manager, demonstrating a commitment to friendly customer service and teamwork. They must show integrity, resourcefulness, and enjoy a varied, very fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Close the store, reconcile cash with daily sales reports, and secure the facility for the night.
- Prepare and maintain records of store operations, including daily sales reports, cash deposits, and opening/closing reports; conduct inspections when necessary.
- Operate cash register and provide customer service.
- Receive, price, and stock donations (receivers may occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lb and frequently lift and carry 10–35 lb).
- Hang, inspect, and tag textile and clothing items in a production‑style setting.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Lead or supervisory experience required.
Schedule
Associates should be available to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends. Stores are open Monday through Saturday 10 am to 8 pm, and open at 1 pm on Sunday.
Pay
$13.25 (EOE – M/F/Vets/Disability)
