Lead Analyst, Business Resiliency

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Analyst, Business Resiliency to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will shape and advance enterprise resiliency efforts across the organization, with a strong emphasis on governance, risk awareness, and operational continuity. The position partners closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen risk management practices and improve preparedness. It also supports the thoughtful adoption of AI and emerging technologies to enhance resiliency capabilities and decision-making. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $111,800 – $167,700 annually Responsibilities Develop and execute business resiliency strategies in collaboration with senior leadership. Design and implement business resiliency programs and governance processes across the enterprise. Identify and incorporate AI and emerging technologies to enhance resiliency programs. Foster a resiliency culture by partnering with leaders across the organization. Lead the maturation of the Enterprise Risk Management framework and governance. Support enterprise risk assessment processes and engage executives in risk discussions. Establish and improve the enterprise control architecture for better risk management. Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in Business Resiliency and Enterprise Risk Management, with 2+ years in a managerial role. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field such as Risk Management or Finance. Certifications in CBCP, MBCI, CRISC, or similar, or commitment to obtain one within 9 months. Experience managing teams, with a focus on strategic alignment and operational excellence. Strong analytical skills in evaluating complex risk and control information.
