Business Resiliency Analyst Senior

Must-have Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of related work experience in a business continuity/resiliency-related discipline.
• {OR}
• A Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience in a business continuity/resiliency-related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge and understanding of resiliency industry tools and techniques for eliciting, prioritizing, organizing, documenting, modeling, and deploying program requirements.
• Proven ability to perform analysis and develop metrics.
• Problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate, assess, and recommend solutions to moderately complex situations, often very quickly.
• Experience coordinating inter-team and cross-team projects.

Compensation

Compensation: $81,400-$108,500/year, depending on experience. Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
