About the role
As a Lead Administrator in the Lindon, UT area, you will receive calls made to the Sales phone queue and route them to the appropriate department if not sales-related or to a Merchant Sales Representative (MSR) as needed. You will also track leads that come into the Sales phone queue via a Google doc to ensure equal distribution among MSRs.
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls, qualify sales opportunities, and assign them to Sales.
- Route incoming calls to the appropriate department if not related to a new account set-up or existing merchant hardware sale. If the call is sales-related, route it to the appropriate MSR.
- Process and create new Lead records in SalesForce and follow assignment instructions.
- Maintain regular attendance and comply with the assigned schedule.
- Additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers over the phone.
- Ability to learn and identify products and capabilities.
- Outstanding customer service and teamwork skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing technology and priorities.
- 0-2 years of customer service experience.
