About the role
Bell & Company is a midsize CPA firm based in North Little Rock, AR. We have offices in Conway and Harrison. We have proudly served our clients for 45 years and are still growing. Responsibilities
- Prepare drafts of tax returns, Audits, Reviews and Compilations.
- Process tax returns, Audits, Reviews and Compilations for delivery to clients in various formats.
- Electronically file returns in UltraTax after receipt of signed Efile forms and engagement letters.
- Address and resolve Efile rejections.
- Track progress of client tasks and ensure completion by due dates.
- Assign projects/tasks to Admin/Acctg Assistant.
- Process billing reports and distribute to appropriate reviewers.
- Create and send invoicing monthly.
- Oversee Billing processes for all offices.
Requirements
- Experience working in a Public Accounting Firm.
- Strong understanding of tax forms and how to do a 1040 tax return.
- At least 3 years of experience processing tax returns.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- An Associate's degree in Business or Accounting is a plus.

Pay
This is a full-time position. Depending upon the amount of experience one has will determine the wage offered.
Schedule
We have a summer and fall special schedule with Friday’s off.
