Lead Accounts Recievable Coordinator
Location: Nottingham, PA
About the role
This position is responsible for credit and collection responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable team. It involves working directly with customers, resolving outstanding accounts, and ensuring timely payments while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Monitor accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts.
- Contact customers with overdue accounts and attempt to collect overdue amounts.
- Utilize judgement to analyze customer's ability to pay and establish a repayment plan.
- Service accounts by investigating problems and working towards a solution while maintaining a positive customer service experience.
- Maintain records of all contact and attempted contact with customers holding delinquent accounts.
- Maintain records of any payments collected from customers.
- Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and those in repayment.
- Process payments (checks, credit card, and ACH) and refunds.
- Cultivate positive professional relationships at all levels with a diverse audience.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively while striving for the highest possible outcomes for employees and the organization.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Provide back-up support for other positions within the Accounts Receivable team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Associate's Degree and/or 2 years related experience in Credit/Collections preferred.
- MS Office Suite experience required; intermediate skill level preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft D365 F&O preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or as a team with a results-driven approach.
- Exemplary customer service skills and communication.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship-building skills.
- Proactive in problem-solving and works towards creative solutions.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to internal/external customers.
- Strong problem-solving ability and analytic skills.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- Performs work required for this position in an office environment.
- Remains sedentary for moderate to extended periods of time.
- Required to use a computer monitor, keyboard, and mouse for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds on occasion.

Schedule
Monday-Friday, approximately 40+ hours a week.
