LEA Lead Technician

Absco Solutions is seeking an LEA Lead Technician to manage day-to-day operations and serve as the main point of contact for our Oregon clients. This role involves working directly with the CEO and the Corporate Operations Manager on the ground in Oregon.

About the role

• Manage day-to-day operations for the Oregon office, including scheduling, project execution, and quality control.
• Collaborate with leadership to grow the Oregon team, including hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Manage and develop technicians and field staff, including performance management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Oregon clients, including conversations relating to sales opportunities.
• Work directly with the CEO and Corporate Operations Manager on daily operations in Oregon.
• Ensure all work performed meets Oregon licensing, code, and safety requirements.
• Establish processes and systems to support the office as it grows.

Requirements

• An active Oregon low voltage license (LEA/EL06) is required.
• NICET-II certification is preferred but not required.
• At least 5 years of experience in the fire life safety and security industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, a strong work ethic, and high integrity.

Pay

$48-58 per hour depending on experience.
