Responsibilities
- Develops and administers applied behavior analysis (ABA) intervention programs for children with autism and related disabilities.
- Supervises ABA staff, including BCBA and other professionals.
- Provides parent/teacher training and conducts workshops.
- Engages in business and marketing activities to promote the program within the Health System and the broader community.
- Participates in a multi-disciplinary team to support comprehensive care for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
Requirements
- Board Certification (BCBA) by the national Behavior Analysis Certification Board.
Qualifications
Experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA) is preferred.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in program development and implementation.
- Knowledge of child development and behavior analysis principles.
