Ldr-Behav Analyst (BCBA)-CADD - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers applied behavior analysis (ABA) intervention programs for children with autism and related disabilities.
• Supervises ABA staff, including BCBA and other professionals.
• Provides parent/teacher training and conducts workshops.
• Engages in business and marketing activities to promote the program within the Health System and the broader community.
• Participates in a multi-disciplinary team to support comprehensive care for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

Requirements

• Board Certification (BCBA) by the national Behavior Analysis Certification Board.

Qualifications

Experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA) is preferred.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in program development and implementation.
• Knowledge of child development and behavior analysis principles.
