About The Career
Performs second-level support to users of hospital PCs and software. Handles support escalations from Systems Support I position. Assists System Administrator and Network Administrator in data collection for troubleshooting purposes. Ensures that PC hardware and software are updated on a regular basis. This position requires self-motivation and task orientation.
All About You
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 4 years' working knowledge of computers, desktops, and networks
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- A minimum of 4 years' experience with computers
- A strong familiarity with Windows XP and Windows 7 and the ability to effectively navigate within the Windows environment
- Ability to prioritize workflow to meet deadlines
