Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries and get a feel for what potential clients need.
- Make outbound calls to generate new sales opportunities and help us hit those sales goals.
- Build and keep strong relationships with our existing clients to bring in repeat business.
- Join sales team meetings and share your ideas for improving our sales processes.
- Regularly review your sales performance to find areas where you can grow and improve.
Requirements
- A competitive nature with a strong willingness to win and learn.
- Sales experience is a big plus, but it’s not necessary—we’re open to training the right person!
- Great verbal and written communication skills—clear and effective is the name of the game.
- Strong listening skills and a genuine interest in understanding what customers are looking for.
- Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and accounts.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets consistently is a bonus.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Team player who can also stay motivated and work independently.
