Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategy and advocacy.
• Draft and refine motions, oppositions, appellate briefs, and legal memoranda with precision and persuasive clarity.
• Work closely with trial attorneys to craft compelling legal arguments tailored to each case.
• Stay abreast of evolving employment law precedents, legislative changes, and court rulings.
• Analyze case law, statutes, and regulations to strengthen and refine legal positions.

Requirements

• Bar admission in California
• 4+ years of experience in legal research and writing, with a strong focus on employment law
• Proven ability to draft high-impact legal briefs, dispositive motions, and appellate filings
• Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with litigation teams

Pay

$160,000 - $250,000 per year
