Develop, lead, and supervise laundry production teams. Ensure laundry procedures are followed and finished linens meet set standards.

Assist with the selection and training of new team members
Participate in performance rewards and evaluations
Support with documentation
Build and manage budgets/P&L statements
Provide solutions for any financial goal variances
Ensure all Enchantment Resort and Mii amo Spa Standards and safety protocols are consistently met
Maintain situational awareness of surroundings, correcting or reporting any maintenance issues immediately
Fills in positions in Laundry when needed (due to absences, breaks, etc.)
Train staff in safe operation of equipment and proper processing methods
Instruct and inform laundry associates of schedule and equipment to be used
Monitor par levels and advise laundry manager when reordering is needed
Monitor stain percentage, damaged linen, and production reports
Coordinate maintenance with laundry mechanics
Perform all positions in the laundry and uniform room including safe and proper operation of all equipment

Three to five years proven leadership and management experience operating a high-volume laundry; either in a hospitality or institutional laundry operation
Willingness to work varied hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and split shifts according to business needs
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task many priorities
Self-motivated, ability to work with little supervision, and organized
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
