About the role

The Linen Technician ensures daily linen distribution tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

Responsibilities

• delivering clean linen
• collecting soiled linen
• managing inventory
• organizing storage areas
• recording data accurately
• responding to service calls professionally
• observing and reporting linen misuse
• maintaining neat storage spaces
• transporting linen carts safely
• handling both clean and soiled linen per policies

Requirements

• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and meet vaccine requirements if applicable
• Physical ability to walk, lift, push, pull heavy carts, and handle healthcare textiles safely
• Flexibility to cover other positions on shift as needed
