Key Responsibilities
- Greet and consult with customers for vehicle inspections, service recommendations, and repair estimates in a high-volume KIA service center.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and certified KIA technicians, ensuring seamless communication and addressing maintenance opportunities or maintenance packages and accessories.
- Manage service workflows in our 26-bay operation, prioritizing express lane services for oil changes, tire rotations, and quick diagnostics.
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups, warranty claims, and building loyalty in the competitive Mid-Atlantic market.
- Utilize dealership software for scheduling, invoicing, and tracking KIA service metrics to hit revenue targets.
Qualifications We're Seeking
- 3+ years as a Service Advisor or Automotive Service Writer in a high-volume dealership (Kia/Hyundai experience a plus!)
- Proven track record in customer service excellence, sales closing, and explaining repair services.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repairs, vehicle systems, and industry trends like EV transitions.
- Excellent communication skills, multitasking ability in a busy 26-bay service environment, and a valid driver's license.
- Training from dealer equivalent preferred; tech-savvy with CSI scores above 95%.

Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 annually (based on experience, skills, and performance)
