Landscape Installation Salesperson

About the role

Join the premier outdoor living company in the country as a Landscape Installation Salesperson in our Residential Landscape Installation Department. You’ll work directly with homeowners to create, estimate, and sell landscape renovations and installations in a friendly, organized, and supportive environment. This role offers opportunities to learn from top experts, collaborate across a nationwide network, and work on some of the country’s largest and most complex landscape projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential clients.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals efficiently.
• Identify sales prospects and contact them as assigned.
• Prepare and present sales presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
• Coordinate with on-site project managers and installation crews.
• Identify and resolve client concerns throughout installation and warranty periods.
• Collaborate with company staff to close sales and achieve annual sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience selling residential landscape installation services.
• Knowledge of Northwest plants and landscape construction.
• Basic knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Dynascape, SketchUp) preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
• Valid and insurable driver’s license.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to navigate client properties, including uneven and/or sloped terrain.
