Landscape Construction Sales Representative

About the role

Dynamic Landscape is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Landscape Construction Sales Representative to help grow our landscape construction division. This position is ideal for someone who understands landscape construction, enjoys working with clients, and has the ability to turn customer ideas into successful projects.

Responsibilities

• Generate new residential and commercial landscape construction opportunities
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs, budget, and vision
• Develop project scopes, estimates, proposals, and presentations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, designers, property managers, and other industry professionals
• Follow up on leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline
• Present proposals, address client questions, and secure signed projects
• Coordinate with project managers and construction leadership to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to production
• Maintain accurate client, proposal, and sales information

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in landscape construction sales, construction sales, design-build, home improvement, real estate, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of landscape construction and outdoor living projects
• Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, organized, professional, and results-oriented
• Ability to understand project scope, materials, labor, and pricing
• Valid Driver's License Required
• Experience with hardscapes, pavers, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces, grading, drainage, irrigation, landscape installation, or construction estimating is a plus
