Job Duties
- Drive revenue growth for Commercial Landscape Services (CLS) by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and delivering persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
- Generate and manage a robust pipeline of clients in target markets through proactive prospecting and lead generation efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, assess competition, and develop strategies for expanding the Company's client base and market presence.
- Collaborate with senior management to create and implement a comprehensive business development plan that supports the Company's strategic goals and facilitates market expansion.
- Develop and manage sales proposals and contracts to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and successful project execution.
- Facilitate collaboration and coordination among teams to ensure successful project execution, client satisfaction, and effective communication of expectations.
- Promote brand awareness and generate leads by effectively representing the company at events, utilizing digital marketing initiatives, and collaborating with the marketing team on promotional strategies.
- Ensure accurate reporting and performance tracking of sales activities, providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Pursue continuous improvement and professional development to enhance skills and effectiveness in landscaping and business development.
- React appropriately in an emergency situation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or associate’s degree with one year of outside sales experience building relationships and expanding a client database; or high school diploma or equivalent with two years of outside sales experience building relationships and expanding a client database; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proactive self-starter with proven ability to manage time effectively and maintain exceptional attention to detail, resulting in increased sales performance and client satisfaction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer or software programs necessary to complete job duties.
- Driver’s license.

- Demonstrated record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Results-oriented professional with a proven ability to excel in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
- Fluency in Spanish is beneficial.
