Job Duties

  • Drive revenue growth for Commercial Landscape Services (CLS) by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and delivering persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Generate and manage a robust pipeline of clients in target markets through proactive prospecting and lead generation efforts.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, assess competition, and develop strategies for expanding the Company's client base and market presence.
  • Collaborate with senior management to create and implement a comprehensive business development plan that supports the Company's strategic goals and facilitates market expansion.
  • Develop and manage sales proposals and contracts to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and successful project execution.
  • Facilitate collaboration and coordination among teams to ensure successful project execution, client satisfaction, and effective communication of expectations.
  • Promote brand awareness and generate leads by effectively representing the company at events, utilizing digital marketing initiatives, and collaborating with the marketing team on promotional strategies.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and performance tracking of sales activities, providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Pursue continuous improvement and professional development to enhance skills and effectiveness in landscaping and business development.
  • React appropriately in an emergency situation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or associate’s degree with one year of outside sales experience building relationships and expanding a client database; or high school diploma or equivalent with two years of outside sales experience building relationships and expanding a client database; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proactive self-starter with proven ability to manage time effectively and maintain exceptional attention to detail, resulting in increased sales performance and client satisfaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer or software programs necessary to complete job duties.
  • Driver’s license.

Preferred

  • Demonstrated record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Results-oriented professional with a proven ability to excel in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish is beneficial.
