Commercial Landscape Sales Representative
Job Duties
Drive revenue growth for Commercial Landscape Services (CLS) by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and delivering persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
Generate and manage a robust pipeline of clients in target markets through proactive prospecting and lead generation efforts.
Conduct market research to identify trends, assess competition, and develop strategies for expanding the Company's client base and market presence.
Collaborate with senior management to create and implement a comprehensive business development plan that supports the Company's strategic goals and facilitates market expansion.
Develop and manage sales proposals and contracts to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and successful project execution.
Facilitate collaboration and coordination among teams to ensure successful project execution, client satisfaction, and effective communication of expectations.
Promote brand awareness and generate leads by effectively representing the company at events, utilizing digital marketing initiatives, and collaborating with the marketing team on promotional strategies.
Ensure accurate reporting and performance tracking of sales activities, providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proactive self-starter with proven ability to manage time effectively and maintain exceptional attention to detail, resulting in increased sales performance and client satisfaction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer or software programs necessary to complete job duties.
- Driver’s license.
