Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries and evaluate property conditions to propose maintenance packages and property enhancements, such as drainage improvements.
- Develop detailed and highly accurate estimates without the need for cold-calling or original design work.
- Present proposals to luxury residential clientele, specifically owners of second and third homes, with exceptional professionalism.
- Transition sold accounts efficiently to dedicated Account Managers for ongoing oversight and execution.
- Cook with internal operations and account managers to ensure seamless alignment with field staff.
- Maintain organized records within industry-specific CRM and estimating software, maximizing efficiency with AI tools.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in horticulture, particularly in regional plant, tree, and shrub identification.
- Strong understanding of Northeastern environmental factors, including shade, moisture, and pH levels.
- Proficiency in industry software systems such as LMN or Aspire.
- Highly outgoing, well-spoken, and professional demeanor tailored for a high-net-worth customer base.
- Humble, hungry, and "people-ready" personality that thrives in a laid-back and highly social office culture.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to job sites using shared office vehicles.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: Starting at $70,000 annually, negotiable for top-tier talent.
- Bonus Potential: Up to 25% end-of-year incentive (15% based on company performance, 10% on personal goals) in lieu of a commission structure.
- Winter Schedule: Reduced winter hours from January through March, working 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM with half-days on Fridays.
