Land Use Attorney

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in securing zoning approvals, land use entitlements, variances, conditional use permits, and subdivision approvals.
• Advises on federal, state, and local land use, planning, and environmental regulations affecting development projects.
• Prepares and presents applications before planning commissions, zoning boards, and municipal governing bodies.
• Collaborates with developers, engineers, architects, and government agencies to resolve permitting and regulatory issues.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with zoning, land use, permitting, planning, and environmental regulations.
• Proven ability to represent clients before planning commissions, zoning boards, and governmental agencies.
• Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reside.

Pay

• The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year.
• The estimated total compensation for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.
