Land Use Attorney
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in securing zoning approvals, land use entitlements, variances, conditional use permits, and subdivision approvals.
- Advises on federal, state, and local land use, planning, and environmental regulations affecting development projects.
- Prepares and presents applications before planning commissions, zoning boards, and municipal governing bodies.
- Collaborates with developers, engineers, architects, and government agencies to resolve permitting and regulatory issues.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience with zoning, land use, permitting, planning, and environmental regulations.
- Proven ability to represent clients before planning commissions, zoning boards, and governmental agencies.
- Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reside.
Pay
- The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year.
- The estimated total compensation for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.
