About the role
Oversee the entire land development planning process for assigned communities, including organizing, budgeting, and monitoring all phases to maintain efficient operations while meeting Company standards and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; background in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Planning, or Construction Management preferred
- At least 10 years of land development experience in progressively responsible positions; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay
Annual salary of $120,000 – $135,000 with eligibility for bonuses.
