Primary Job Duties
- Exceptional service and recovery ability working with internal and external guests.
- Maintain a follow-up system that encourages follow through with assigned projects.
- Participate in performance management.
- Performs a variety of semi-skilled tasks in the maintenance and repairs of facilities.
- Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Aids Maintenance Technicians in developing methods and procedures to control or improve Facilities processes.
- Provides assistance to all departments including but not limited to: Furniture relocations and installation, office modifications, etc.
- Sets up and operates all tools and equipment necessary to perform assigned work.
- Proven knowledge of safe operation of powered and non-powered hand tools.
- Perform routine cleaning of work areas.
- Shop area clean-up and supply.
- Forklift operation.
- Able to work independently or as an active member of a team.
- Clean/clear debris and hazardous materials.
Qualifications
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift, push or pull up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to work in various environments (hot/cold/outdoors).
- Ability to understand and follow work rules and procedures.
- Interact well with others and be a positive influence on employee morale.
- Ability to work evening, weekend and holiday work hours as required.
- Preferred: Forklift/scissor lift/boom lift operator training.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar resort setting.
- Minimum Education And Experience: At least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certificates, Licenses, Regulations: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ability to obtain the following: Nevada Drivers License, OSHA 10.
- Physical Demands: Prolonged sitting/standing, bending and reaching, transporting, pushing, pulling, lifting, and maneuvering items weighing up to 75 lbs., eye/hand coordination, ability to comply with Policies and Procedures, Job Description, daily memorandums, chemical labels (SDS) and other instructions.
