Your Daily Impact

  • Mow, weed eat, and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces.
  • Spray, clean, and remove trash or debris to keep our facilities safe and inviting.
  • Operate power tools and machinery to get the job done right.
  • Champion safety by following OSHA/MSHA regulations and company policies, your well-being is our priority.
  • Work as part of a reliable, friendly team where your contributions truly matter.
  • Step up for additional duties assigned, helping us continually improve our spaces.

What We’re Looking For

  • Physical readiness: Climbing, lifting (up to 70 lbs), carrying, bending, pushing/pulling, reaching, kneeling, stooping, and twisting are part of your active workday.
  • Safety focus: Work in environments where attention and responsibility are key to keeping everyone safe.
  • Professional attitude: Display courtesy and respect toward coworkers, supervisors, and the public.
  • Dependability: Arrive on time, prepared for each shift, with a willingness to work nights, weekends, overtime, and travel to various worksites as needed.
  • Outdoor endurance: Tackle tasks in all kinds of weather—hot, cold, rainy, or shine.
  • Minimum age: At least 18 years old, for safety requirements.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check is required.
