About the role

The Laboratory Technician/Patient Service Representative position is part of a newly established clinic within the Healthcare Network (HCN), a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving the community since 1972. The clinic will open in April 2026 at 13753 Immokalee Rd., Naples, FL 34120.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with registration and scheduling
• Perform routine laboratory tests and maintain accurate records
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and policies

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Valid Florida driver’s license

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Basic computer literacy
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies
