Laboratory Technician/Patient Service Representative

About the role

Join our team of caregivers at HCN, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing quality medical, dental, and behavioral health services to patients from birth to geriatric. Our mission is to ensure that all patients receive quality care, regardless of their insurance or income status.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory tests and maintain accurate records
• Assist patients with registration and scheduling
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Florida driver’s license
• Completion of Level 2 AHCA screening, urine drug screen, and validation of job-required immunizations

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
