About the role

The Laboratory Quality Tech role is responsible for developing, monitoring, and providing recommendations for overall quality in the laboratory. This role provides oversight and management of competency assessment for team members.

Requirements

• Education: Associates Degree required for Medical Laboratory Technicians; Bachelor’s Degree required for Medical Technologists.
• Licenses/Certifications: Current certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician/Medical Technologist by a recognized professional organization (e.g., ASCP, BOR, NCA) required.
• Experience: Two years of relevant laboratory experience required.
