About The Role

As a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Microbiology Technician, you'll play a hands-on role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality and safety standards while supporting manufacturing in a cGMP environment.
What You'll Do
- Support daily laboratory operations through microbiological testing, documentation, and quality monitoring.
- Prepare microbiological media and laboratory samples for testing.
- Perform microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Operate, calibrate, and perform basic maintenance on laboratory equipment.
- Accurately complete laboratory documentation, logbooks, and electronic records in compliance with cGMP standards.
- Enter and maintain testing data within LIMS and ERP systems.
- Communicate testing results and quality updates with laboratory and manufacturing teams.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Maintain clean, organized laboratory work areas in accordance with GMP and safety standards.
- Assist with investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support additional laboratory activities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–2 years of laboratory supporting cGMP manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as pH meters, microscopes, balances, and spectrophotometers.
- Experience with microbiological testing, laboratory documentation, and LIMS systems.
- Knowledge of quality systems, investigations, and corrective actions.
