Job Category: Human Resources Job Family: Human Resources Address: 100 Gundy Drive Primary Location: US-PA-Reading Employer: Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. Req ID: 2611163 We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, About Penske (maybe keep? It's about company, not role; but it's not required. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "About Penske" is not exactly legal but it's company description; could be considered boilerplate? It's not about the role. Likely we should remove it. Also Job Category, Job Family, Address, Primary Location, Employer, Req ID are metadata; we should fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can include a short paragraph with location etc. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information. Location is substantive? It's location of job. Should we keep? Probably yes as minor metadata in a p. Similarly Job Category maybe not needed. But we can include location and maybe employer. We need sections: About the role (position summary), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe Qualifications?), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule info. There's mention of "Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job" and "Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required". That's schedule info? It mentions schedule but not specific hours. Could we create a Schedule section with that? The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state "work the required schedule" and "Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function". That's schedule-related. So we can include a Schedule section with that content. Benefits: none. Pay: none. So we omit Benefits and Pay. Skills: we have many skill requirements: Advanced knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point required; Intermediate level of knowledge with Access preferred; etc. Also "Ability to organize and manage small projects", "Quick thinker who can explain complicated positions", etc. Those could go under Skills or Requirements. We have Qualifications section already. Could combine qualifications and skills? The instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can have both Qualifications and Skills. We need to decide what goes where. Qualifications: education and experience requirements. Skills: technical skills, soft skills. Thus: - About the role: position summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Qualifications: education and experience (HS diploma, Bachelor's preferred, years experience, etc.) - Skills: technical skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Access, relational DBs, reporting tools, etc.) plus soft skills (ability to explain, quick thinker, organize projects, etc.) - Schedule: info about regular attendance, travel, required schedule. We must not include headings with filler. Ensure each section has substantive content. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We'll produce:
About the role

Responsibilities
- ... ...
Qualifications

- .
Skills: also list.
Schedule: maybe
with sentences. We must preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. Let's extract details precisely. We need to keep that exactly (maybe fix typo "activates" but we must preserve as is? It's part of posting; we should keep as is, not correct). We'll keep verbatim.
