We invite you to join our innovative team to help make a positive difference in the lives of the children and families of Illinois. ## Essential Functions Serves as Central/Southern Region Labor Relations Administrator Provides information and technical assistance to management staff regarding appropriate discipline measuresand procedures, grievances, employee evaluations, proof status, collective bargaining contracts, interpretations ofCMS rules and procedures, employee-related problems, etc. Conducts third level grievance hearings Serves as full line supervisor Reviews procurement business case contracts (PBC\'s) to interpret the nature of work performed within the PBC\'s Serves as the Departments representative at various meetings relating to labor relations issues Maintains and revises policies, procedures, handbooks, manuals, management training curriculum, etc. Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above
