About the Role

Latitude is seeking an attorney with at least four years of labor & employment litigation experience for a contract position at a law firm with several California offices. The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic team and handle written discovery, motion work, depositions, and court hearings in labor & employment litigation matters. This role is 100% remote and can be structured as either part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate’s preference.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in labor & employment litigation
  • Licensed to practice law in California (location within the U.S. is flexible)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Outstanding academic credentials
  • Strong references

Pay

The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $180,000 to $210,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay is determined by factors such as work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
