Litigation Attorney (Fully Remote, Labor and Employment)

• Duties:
• Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft, propound, and respond to written discovery.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related filings.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy.
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and corporate representatives.
• Evaluate potential claims and assist with case assessments.
• Prepare matters for mediation, settlement discussions, and trial when necessary.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding case strategy and status updates.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and litigation support staff to develop effective case strategies.
• Maintain organized case files while meeting litigation deadlines and delivering high-quality work product.

• Requirements:
• Active Arizona Bar license in good standing is required.
• 3-5+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Prior experience handling employment litigation, wage and hour matters, or other complex litigation is highly preferred.
• Prior experience with Clio and Microsoft OneDrive is preferred.

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Requirements:

• Active Arizona Bar license in good standing is required.
• 3-5+ years of civil litigation experience.

While this is a fully remote position and candidates may reside outside of Arizona, applicants must be licensed to practice in Arizona. Candidates located in Arizona are strongly preferred.
