Labor & Employment Litigation Counsel (Remote)
Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm and one of the most recognized Labor & Employment firms in the market, is seeking an experienced Employment Litigator with at least 8 years of employment litigation experience to join its fully remote team. Responsibilities
- Handle Labor & Employment cases in the state of residence
- Litigate on behalf of clients across the U.S.
- Collaborate with peers on high-profile cases
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of Labor & Employment litigation experience
- Experience handling employment matters through all phases of litigation
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Licensed and in good standing in their state of residence
- Familiarity with AI-driven and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, client service, and legal work product
