About the role

Experienced lawyers who are qualified to practice law in the United States and have professional experience in a Labor & Employment / Employment Law practice group.

To create, review, and evaluate realistic legal and workplace policy scenarios, leveraging their experience with employment law, HR policies, compliance, and corporate advisory work.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and evaluate realistic legal and workplace policy scenarios.
• Leverage experience with employment law, HR policies, compliance, and corporate advisory work.
• Work on corporate workplace policies.
• Review employee handbooks and HR policy.
• Provide labor and employment advisory services.
• Conduct workplace investigations.
• Develop and address discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and accommodation policies.
• Ensure wage and hour compliance.
• Support termination, discipline, and employee relations matters.
• Handle multi-jurisdictional employment law issues.
• Support employment law for multinational companies.

Requirements

Experience with one or more of the following:

• Corporate workplace policies.
• Employee handbooks and HR policy review.
• Labor and employment advisory work.
• Workplace investigations.
• Discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and accommodation policies.
• Wage and hour compliance.
• Termination, discipline, and employee relations matters.
• Multi-jurisdictional employment law issues.
• Employment law support for multinational companies.

Qualifications

Candidates must be based in the United Kingdom or the United States, have the right to work in the United Kingdom or the United States, and be US-qualified lawyers.
